In 2012 BAUT started its pop-up adventure in the former Parool building at Wibautstraat 125. After 7 pop-ups in 8 years, BAUT has returned to the place where it all started. BAUT East is known for her private dinners, group dinners and walking dinners of the highest service level in a relaxed and creative atmosphere. BAUT East is also the location you are looking for for meetings, presentations, congresses and lunch packages.
Arrangementen
Private dinner
BAUT East is ideal for group dinners from 80 to 110 people. The large open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant makes dining at BAUT a unique culinary experience. Large groups we serve a 3/4/5 course chef’s menu .
Walking dinner
We organize walking dinners in the bar and Above BAUT, but groups larger than 125 people can also book the restaurant area. The regular table setting will be put aside and the restaurant will be converted into a walking dinner setup. The walking dinner menu consists of the signature flavors of the restaurant. Small dishes which are served in a drink-like atmosphere with the dynamics of an informal evening. Walking dinners can also be combined with a party or booked after a meeting / presentation / conference.
Group dinner
In the restaurant we serve a daily changing chef’s menu for groups up to 15 people. Larger groups are welcome to dine private in Above BAUT of ‘De Hallway’. Make your dinner just that little bit more special with a matching wine or cocktail arrangement.
